I couldn't give two hoots if you don't like this kind of thing.
While we're cosy inside with our tea, everything outside falls apart. The last few leaves cling to the top of that tree, as the nights draw in shorter and the chill in the air deepens. There was no sunshine today.
There probably won't be any sunshine tomorrow. I stood waiting for the wind to settle, and it reminds me of everything destructive. Yes the tree will bloom, come spring time. But how long, with us, will it remain standing.
So I'm weird. Deal with it.
Just emotionally deep.
I admire the griddy look it has.
Makes it look as it's a memory.
